Old Throstles Association Privacy Policy. We hold forename, surname, house, year started at the school and year left the school for anyone that we can identify as being associated with the school either as a pupil or as a member of staff.
In addition we record the email address of those people who have entered it into the public domain.
The above data is only published within the site. That is, it is only made available to other 'Old Throstles'. The email address is never published within the site, facilities are available for email messages to be sent to other users anonomously.
For anyone who has joined the Association, we will record any other person details that the member provides plus details of subscriptions received and due. This data is never published and is held for the purposes of running the association. It is available only to officers of the association.

We cross reference any references, to pupils and members of staff, that we can identify within archive material that is published on the site. We also cross reference the appearance of any persons image on any photograph reproduced on the site.
For purposes of assisting in ease of use of the site we record both members and registered users usage of the site.
